Teachers at Fusion Schools share the vision of creating a program that is academically, developmentally and socially balanced. They are individuals who have chosen early childhood education as a career and are extremely dedicated to the work they do. Teachers receive ongoing training to ensure that they have the knowledge and confidence to lead students in their educational quests.
At a typical Fusion School you will find three teachers, each dedicated to teaching in one of our classrooms. One teacher at each of our schools is also a Director, which means they are the person ultimately in charge of running their school and making daily decisions. Directors are seasoned teachers with at least two years of teaching experience in our schools.
